Juan Islands Yacht Charter Summary Information
Enjoy
cruising in sheltered inland waters among hundreds of islands between April
and October. During the summer months, you will enjoy abundant sunshine and
a dry climate in the "banana belt of the Pacific Northwest." Summer winds
are generally southeast to southwest and blowing between 5 and 15 knots
throughout the summer. The area's tidal range is 10 to 12 feet. Plenty of
on-shore activities to be had, including visits to untouched islands, and
delightful villages, inns and spas. Great place to view Orca whales,
porpoises, seals, bald eagles, otters, and sea birds.

How to Get There from Abroad: Charterers can fly to San Juan by connecting
through Seattle Tacoma Airport (30-45 minutes) or drive from Seattle Tacoma

Geography/Terrain: Rolling sandstone cliffs, evergreen covered islands with
beautiful madrona trees. |
